  • You build tools that frontline professionals rely on every single day. You want your work to be the most trusted, no-nonsense tool in their kit.
  • You’re fascinated by how digital solutions shape physical work. You understand that designing for the frontline is never just about screens, it’s about real people doing real work in real environments.
  • You design for the full ecosystem: physical tools, noisy surroundings, shift-based routines, legacy systems and digital interfaces that need to work together with absolute clarity.
  • You’re skilled in (user) research and know how to turn complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights. You translate these into familiar methods such as customer journeys and service blueprints, and you help shape a strong product vision.
  • You like to create pragmatic solutions for complex problems and solve them using an evidence-based rationale.
  • You work in a structured way: others might think you’re a bit of a list-junkie.
  • You’re comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders. You take charge and guide them, challenge them when needed, and communicate clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English.
  • You understand the culture, pressures and realities of B2B environments. You can empathise with frontline professionals and design with them, not just for them.
  • You bridge design and engineering. You know how to make complex backend logic feel simple, intuitive and fail-proof on the frontline.
  • You use AI to accelerate research, analysis, ideation and production, giving yourself more time to focus on the human nuances that matter most.
